I have been a patient for 35 years at Crouch Oak I'm pleased they have improved their telephone lines as it was sometimes difficult to get through but this was due to over demand. I'm pleased that they are understanding when you need to see a lady doctor and I'm pleased that mostly you can see the doctor of your choice

All of the doctors that I have had appointments with at the Crouch Oak have been excellent, friendly and very helpful. My current doctor, Dr. Sanchez, is no exception. She involves me in all decisions and explains why one course of treatment may be more suitable than another. Dr. Sanchez makes me feel like she really cares, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I like the fact I can make on line appointments - I hear horror stories about other surgeries where it is nearly impossible to make an appointment. I also find all the doctors at the Crouch Oak very kind and they do their best to help. I would especially commend Dr Kanag, who is a wonderful doctor. Today I saw Dr Sanchez who was very sympathetic and efficient at the same time.

The Crouchoak Practice give an excellent service from reception, to treatment room staff to GP's. The reception staff are always extremely helpful and cheerful. The GP's I have had appointments with are always willing to listen and help even ringing me at home to check all was going well with my treatment. I have been a patient at this surgery for many years and have always had excellent care..
